Would stay here again without hesitation, the hotel was clean, and location in the center was magnificent. Overall, I had a very nice stay because of the well-mannered staff members. Nothing too much trouble, the property met needs.

There was lots of food for breakfast, including tea, toast, breads and eggs.

Gorgeous accommodation with an excellent setting just a short walk to Salalah, Sultan Qaboos Mosque, Central Market, and downtown. Well-maintained and spacious room overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily access everything we needed in the city, including shopping and dining. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities, such as the gym and billiards pool, were great for entertainment. Additionally, we found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist who warmly welcomed us upon our arrival.

The location was great, close to public transportation and main pick up points. the check, in process was seamless. the rooms were spacious and the furniture was in good condition. the bed was comfortable enough to sleep on. the free Wi, Fi was also really good.

The bathroom was a big letdown. the bathroom size was quite cramped and the shower area lacked curtains or partitions which led to a build, up of water on the bathroom floor.

During our recent stay at Star Emirates Downtown, we were impressed with the size of the rooms. They were incredibly spacious and even bigger than some apartments we've stayed in. Despite the furniture showing some signs of wear, everything was in working order and clean. The hotel's location was also a standout feature, as it was conveniently situated in the city center, allowing us to easily access various attractions and amenities. Additionally, the hotel staff were always friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist us.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the outdated building and room design, these factors did not significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, we noticed a few small insects in the apartment, but they disappeared after the first day of our stay.
